First time one saved by yawning

The white park dog in PLO has survived. He's as thin as a rake and very weak but ate some food. I've never been able to save an adult dog from the X syndrome cascade of distemper before. 

11 adult dogs, 2 puppies are missing from the day before the thunderstorm. 2 kittens dead in May. I've not even been recording since it's so devastating. I'm hoping more will spring up from gutters and hiding places they may have taken to during the last energy wave.

I've been kicking myself

because I made a panel for my dogs that died or disappeared in May and accidentally deleted all those photos. All!:( I almost deleted the blog because it upset me so much. Uploading photos from the phone is difficult at the best of times but making a folder and then deleting it .. now that I have none of the dogs ... Heartbreaking. Still the guides wanted me to stop memorializing all the death around so maybe it's time to stop. I'll delete the rest when I can let go ... but not yet.

Fear and Glaucoma

Entrenched fear seems to be characteristic of the glaucoma kittens. All of them die of a combination of respiratory and eye issues. It's still distemper and that's still type 1diabetes but the form is different.
