Mass deaths in cats

Mass death continues in 2018 then. I was hoping spring should be the turnaround.:(

All the kittens have died on the ground level.

The kittens born above the 3rd floor survive but they're smaller than average and rarely survive if they come to the ground floor.
They come down if their days are numbered to live quite wildly - overexcited, nervous, anxious and finally succumbing to respiratory issues emphysema and gangrenous wounds.

It's distemper/type 1 diabetes but I've never seen such a massive number affected before last year. They don't respond to any medication. Homeopathy changes it for the better but the next energy wave wipes out every improvement like it never happened.

They grow cold feet up, ravenously hungry but bite not suckle. They're unable to digest meat or milk so the decline is rapid. Their bodies are simply not ready. The mothers begin mating again too soon and the cycle starts over.
