Earth energy through the ankles

I'm not sure if it's because we wear rubber soles or because this is how it's meant to be but, when I'm healing and mediating in this vajrasana pose, I'm drawing energy from my ankle bones that zips through until the heart and out of the hands.

So different from what is usually believed about earth energy and feet!

I've been kicking myself

because I made a panel for my dogs that died or disappeared in May and accidentally deleted all those photos. All!:( I almost deleted the blog because it upset me so much. Uploading photos from the phone is difficult at the best of times but making a folder and then deleting it .. now that I have none of the dogs ... Heartbreaking. Still the guides wanted me to stop memorializing all the death around so maybe it's time to stop. I'll delete the rest when I can let go ... but not yet.

Fear and Glaucoma

Entrenched fear seems to be characteristic of the glaucoma kittens. All of them die of a combination of respiratory and eye issues. It's still distemper and that's still type 1diabetes but the form is different.
