The whine only got worse

I was expecting the movement of Rahu and Ketu away from the sun (except for the partial solar eclipse last new moon) and moon would bring down this energy that sounds like a vibrating hum or whine.

But it's only gotten worse and more continuous. Louder.

I can't alter it much with my meditation and breathing anymore.

Animals are staggering about. Chiri, Squeaky are worst affected in the cats. Another of Raji's kittens is puking but she's been to struggling to breathe for a while. I can't  find her from last night. The sweet yipping female opposite the art museum is barely able to move. Her 5 puppies are fortunately weaned but no one's feeding them but me.

The chill hasn't let up either. All we can do is feed them all and wait.

What if this is actually related to the polar vortex instead? That went from 2 petals to 4 recently, just before Shivarathri. It's now forming a discus.
