Healer Meditation: The basic posture

I was explaining it to a friend with IBS, telling her how one can feel the energy moving through the abdomen if you sat in this pose. She immediately identified it as a yoga pose called Vajrasana!

(lol, there's nothing new under the yogic sun!:) It's called the thunderbolt and diamond because it strengthens the brain and spine and gut to make you strong  apparently.

My guides make it resemble the Muslim prayer pose more closely. Palms up and head bent.

There's the kundalini rising from the feet  into the body from below and from the back of the neck maybe even back heart chakra, you can feel the heavenly energy enter your body from above.
